When I get a file from VSS, and my local version is writeable, IDEA asks me if I want to replace it.
It would be useful if it was able to:
a) tell me if the VSS version is different from my local version
b) if so, then allow me to view the differences before choosing whether to replace it or not.

the part of the initial request - "Also, if I'm getting a single file, IDEA's dialog has Yes for All and No for All options. These options are only relevant if you're getting multiple files.
Also, in this situation, No and Cancel overlap - they essentially mean the same thing." - will be added as separate issue
