Get a project with files shared in Subversion. Make sure you have option "When files are created in IDEA" != "Do not add". In shared folder create a file (tested creation of new class in existing package). Result: file is silently not added to VCS. Option is ignored. Bug does not occur with Perforce. There was no such bug in build 6064.
