Steps to reproduce:
1. Browse Changes (no constraints)
2. Make changes
3. Commit
4. Browse Changes again

Observed:
the late commit is not shown.

Expected:
should be able to see it somehow. if CVS rlog result is cached, then there should be an option to refresh the cache.

A note why it's high severity for us:
With TrackLink plug-in, after the commit that has been associated with an issue, I'd like to be able to see this commit as a result of "search for issue links".
