the idea is to let the user create static html project in just a few steps: (1) create static project from the menu or welcome screen option and (2) choose the root project directory, which will be the root directory for the project. there is no need in project file(s) (or maybe optional?) - we should just let user to make the project quickly. add: if user will change some options which require project file to store their state - ask user to place the project under the chosen directory.
