Edit properties of a web module (Project View / Java EE: Structure, a web module, context menu / Edit). By default General tab is current. Click on Assembly Descriptor tab - GUI is Ok. Close editor.
Open it's again. General tab is current. Click on Assembly Descriptor References tab. Then on Assembly Descriptor tab. Result: Security Roles and Servlet Mappings panels are inconveniently small (see attachment).
