Let's assume user need to type some class name, which is not yet in file's scope, like: sun.beans.editors.IntEditor. User types "Inte", Ctrl+Space: popup list appears (with "Integer", etc). Then types "d": list shows "No suggestion". User presses Ctrl+Alt+Space: no reaction. User has to close this popup and press Ctrl+Alt+Space to get class completion list.
This happens only if "No suggestion" is shown.
