 Description  « Hide
When I define a new scope or inspect previously created scopes, IDEA grinds to a halt. I'm guessing that it's trying to evaluate the scope against my project to show me what this scope would consist of.

This makes the scopes definition very very painful to use. Nearly impossible actually.
