1) setup build 6713 on clean machine
2) disconnect computer from network
3) run IDEA
4) you are asked to enter license info or choose other variants to ...
5) type "abc" in license server address and press Ok.
6) you will get "Unable to contact license server" error message
7) connect PC to network
8) type correct license info allowing you to use IDEA for a long time e.g a couple of months
9) check "Accept all terms.." and press Ok button
10) IDEA is run. you can double check that everything is licensed good (open About dialog and compare Expiration date with current date)
11) close IDEA
12) run IDEA again and ... you will get the same error message as described in 6 item and you have to do 7...10) items

if license server once typed incorrectly then IDEA will ask user to type license info each time IDEA is run
