Which titile bar? Application frame? Floating toolwindow?

My report was unclear. This only happens when you have the debug window detached in a separate window. So, to reproduce. debug once as usual, detach the debug window from the application window, shutdown, then debug again. When the debug window appears this time both the application windows title bar, and the debug windows title bar will start flashing repeatedly.

Its as if they keep sending focus to each other in an infinite loop. I can get it to stop by repeatedly clicking on the editor area in the application window, and then I'm able to continue to debug as usual

Oh, also, i've noticed that when the debug window is detached, resizing of it is broken. To reproduce, once you have the debug window detached try to make the debug window larger using its lower-right hand corner. Notice that it won't let you make it bigger, only smaller. Now try using the lower-left hand corner and it resizes uncontrolably.
