This actually just happen in my project using IDEA #6791

Indeed the plugin was incorrectly configured (hibernate.jar & hibernate-spring.jar should be in different folders)
Now it is fixed, but if your project was opened & saved with missing hibernate plugin,
hibernate facets should be reconfigured.
