Platform: Windows 2000 , bundled IDEA 1.5 JRE, Alloy.IDEA L&F.

The local history dialog triggered by "Show History" does not have a "maximize" button in the window bar (next to the close button).
I always want this dialog maximized, and have no way to do this conveniently.

Applies to dialogs launched by both "new" and "old" local history (perhaps it's the same dialog).

Why is the local history presented in a dialog anyway? Make it a frame, just like the version control diff windows.
