Consider settings dialog in Classic view. Select Project structure node. The panel with settings (at right) is inside scroll pane. The only way to avoid scrollers is to make settings dialog large enough. With IDEA 4.5 LaF and screen wide = 1280 the horizontal scroller is still present. Rearrangement of splitters and other components inside project structure panel does not help. Probably project structure settings panel should become less on making the whole dialog frame less! There is no visible reason to the opposite.
