Get attached harb06-facet.zip. It contains IDEA project with j2ee stuff (web.xml, persistence.xml, etc) in "third" and "fourth" modules. But these modules has no "FacetManager" component in .imls.
Open project in IDEA. Auto detection is performed. Agree to create all suggested facets. FacetManager is written into .imls. Close project, exit IDEA.
Now let's assume that user want to replay the detection. Erase the project from disk. Unpack the initial version to the same location. Open in IDEA: no autodetection is performed. Reopen, restart: the same.
Autodetection appears again for this project just after erasing user.home/.IntelliJIdea70/system directory.
