At least on Windows Vista, when clicking IntelliJ (Selena 6784) the button at the top of the "Uninstall or change a program" window states "Uninstall/Change" instead of just Uninstall.
This is probably due to the IJ installation telling Windows it has a Change option when it only has an Uninstall.
