/svn/trunk/computefarm/src/all.policy is locally added with history (moved). It exists in the non-default changelist Computefarm config files. When I update my project this file gets moved into the default changelist. I also use the ChangesBar plugin, but it's so useful that I don't want to remove it to see if it's causing the problem!
