"Run Configurations -> Tomcat -> Open Browser -> Startup Page" is always enabled when the dialog is opened, even if "start browser" is not checked. To reproduce: 1. Create a Deploy to Tomcat configuration 2. Disable "start browser". "Startup page" becomes disabled. 3. Accept changes with OK. 4. Reopen Run Configurations. "Startup page" is enabled. Obs.: Probably this in not limited to Tomcat.
