 Description  « Hide
in the changes view the activities that have checkouts in the current view and the activities set in any view are shown.
if the displayed activity is unset in the view, and the different activity is set, the new cl appears in Changes view, but the one that has been active before also stays.
This always appear for activities set in different views (since they usually appear empty in the view), but also can be recreated for activities in current view: check in the files from current activity, so that it becomes empty in Changes view. Externally set different activity for view --> new one appears, old one doesn't disappear.
These activities stay in view forever until you manually delete them - synchrinize activity action doesn'y help.

As follows from the discussion with CCase users, this is neither required nor useful for them. If new scenarios for activities support will appear, we might return to this issue again.

Not too sure if i understand correctly what is said here.

Don't about the other users, but i'd like to see empty activities. What happens frequently is that i work on 2 or 3 activities concurrently in the same view, if i commit changes on one of them, i often have to rework on it 2 or 3 days later, i don't want to have to recreate another activitiy, i would like to rework on the same one...

About obsolete activities the should not appear in IntelliJ, that's what we talked about with Michael.

Anyway, i'm going to test drive build #7549, and comment here if i see any issue about activity management.
