Keeps defaulting to Ruby SDK even when creating projects from Java source

 Description  « Hide
My IDEA (and I cannot figure out how to change this) makes all projects by default Ruby ones and sets the Java language level as 1.3. This happens even when creating a project from existing Java5 level source.

It's annoying that every time I create a project I have to change these settings. All I want is a default value across all projects.

The default values for the SDK and language level can be changed in the template project settings (accessible by invoking the "Settings" dialog from the welcome screen).

Of course, Ruby SDK should never be selected as default when Java projects are created.

How do I change these defaults now? I can't find a link to Welcome screen or "Template Project Settings"
