The first part(cut) is actually easy, but to paste form containing some sub-components, you should create compatible grid manually in receiving panel(add enough rows and columns). I hope it was not designed this way.

This will work considerably better in next EAP of 7.0.3. If you still encounter problems, please attach sample form file and describe what operations you're trying to perform.
