I have a number of plugins disabled. After installing build 7613, I get an error on startup that certain plugins can't be loaded.

I can't dismiss the modal dialog and the project-opening progress dialog is not making any progress.

There is nothing in the idea.log. Clicking cancel on the opening project progress bar has no effect. I have to kill the process.

After killing the process and restarting IDEA, I don't get the plugin error the second time, and the project loads successfully.

7613: also met it. Steps to reproduce, if necessary.
1. Open a project.
2. Settings / Plugins: enable, say, GWT studio and disable a plugin it depends on, e.g. JSHtmlBridge.
3. Ok, exit.
4. Restart: get modal error box together with "eternal" project loading progress monitor.
Actually progress can be closed by Cancel + Escape, and error box then can be closed with system close button. But after that main menu does not work.
