related issue: IDEADEV-24751 when you specify some import options in NewProject dialog (for example, the ipr-iws-iml files location), they are remembered and used for importing projects via OpenProject action. It is rather confusing that you get your iml files somewhere in external directory specified earlier, while the DefaultSettings show the different value, and that one should use the NewProject dialog again to change these options. Only settings specified in DefaultSettings dialog should affect the import via OpenProject
