Provide a hibernate config with some resource included (tested <mapping resource="map/orm/Prepared.orm.xml"/>), where mapping file defines some entities with relationships.
Open ER diagram. Entities and relationships are shown. Ok.
Switch to hibernate config. Comment the mapping.
Switch to the diagram. Entities and relationships are removed. Ok.
Switch to hibernate config. Restore the mapping.
Switch to the diagram. Entities are restored, but relationships are not. That's the issue.
Reopening diagram helps.
