Irregardless of file name specified for ejb-jar.xml deployment descriptor in ejb module settings, build should produce ejb-jar.xml in output

This of course should be applicable for other types of deployment descriptors (e.g. MessagingLayer-weblogic-ejb-jar.xml should become weblogic-ejb-jar.xml)
