- in some project configure changes history to be collected automatically (with rather short time period) – this seems to be essential to recreate the problem.
- restart idea
- after it starts wait for some time; then cancel the login dialog that is shown –
- new dialog appears; cancle it also. You get a lot of such dialogs before you at last manage to cancel all of them.
Now try to exit idea: on exit button pressing in prompting dialog idea hangs completely.
