Currently, if a web module is not being deployed, it appears with a grey question mark icon instead of a green "ok" icon in the Run panel.
The problem: the user has no idea what the grey question mark means.
The solution: hovering over it should display the following text: "Module is not being deployed. To change, go to Run | Edit Configuration | Deployment, select module, and check 'Deploy Module' box."
