After compiling (with code generation / modification) of a large project IDEA takes a while to read the changed files. When I open one of the changed files it happens often that Idea has not already recognized that the content has changed. When I then change anything IDEA will recognize that the underlying fil on the filesystem has changed (good). The dialog "The file has changed on disk" will appear. However: Since IDEA 5.1.1. the load FS changes button does not work anymore. My newly written code will stay and the code from the filesystem is lost. (As IDEA will safe the file as soon as I leave it.)
