1) create new folder
2) checkin folder in VSS
3) rename the folder
4) select renamed folder and click rollback button

The only negative consequence is that after the rollback the new name of the folder is placed into the LocallyDeleted Files. Though this is not critical, I can change this behavior after the beta release
