See the screenshot. The folder's name which appears as "..." is actually "lib" and is on the same level as the other folders that are shown. Why does IDEA hide that name from me? There's no obvious reason for that and it doesn't feel good to add files which I don't exactly know which folder they are in... This might apply to other VCSs as well.
