Create any 2 properties files to compose a resource bundle. E.g. create aFile.properties and aFile_ru.properties in the same package. In project view "Resource Bundle 'aFile' " node is shown. Copy aFile.properties with Ctrl+C. Invoke menu on Resource Bundle node. Paste command is enabled. Perform it. Nothing happen. Either disable command of perform paste.
Pasting to folder works with no problems.
