Neither from PrivateAssemblies nor from JetBrains\ReSharper\VS2003.
At least for VS2003. Reproducable 100% for me.

Checked it now. Removed all from PrivateAssemblies (except for 2 .InstallLog files - not good too). But JetBrains/ReSharper/VS2003 folder is left as is with all the content.

It appears to be a problem of a particular installation probably because of a previous installation failure. Windows Installer considers ReSharper assemblies as necessary for some other (presumably no longer installed) product.
