- In a website project, r-click project root, add, new item
- select Global application class
- Globax.asax is added and opens up
- See all handler declarations highlited yellow
Interesting note:
- In order to describe this bug, I deleted the global.asax file and re-added it. When the newly created file opened up, RS showed a green square. So looks like a first time parsing error of some sort.

It' s a known problem with warnings in Global.asax. We'll fix it after 2.0 release in a bugfix update
