When running the installer for updating an previous installation, the installer should detect the previous installation and just install the update.
As it is now, it is begging the end-user to go through every page of the wizard as if it was an new installation..

And the installer is horrible slow..

RC and RC2 versions of V3 is already very nice and fast! , that is for me satisfactory behaviour.
