Situation:
- I have an not used parameter in a method.
- R# flags this with message "Parameter '...' is never used"
- Resharper provides context action "Remove parameter and update usages"
Result:
- Parameter removed, but XML documentation (<param...>) is still available (and flagged as erroneous)
