The "Rename Related Symbols" wizard step of the Rename Refactoring bears a tree with usages, whose nodes look like hyperlinks. Clicking such a hyperlink does nothing. However, on the second click (not necessarily double-click) the link navigates to the target. Possibly, this is connected with selected state of the item somehow. The link should either navigate on a single click, or not look like a hyperlink.
