Andrey, please estimate this task and get back to me, we should decide if it is doable for 3.0 or not.

I now think this should not be done (or, at least, there should be an option) — based on my own experience.

Reasoning: as you have the reordering patters anyway, you can run Reorder after a bunch of work on the file. From the other side, it's very convenient to have from-usage-created members in one place while you're still working on them actively.
