Intention to create unit test method

In my installed VS2005, there is Right-Click option from the editor to create a Unit Test. I believe this is a VS feature but it may be some addon that I installed and am not aware I have. I think it's a VS feature because it creates a VS Unit Test project with the VS Test Framework and all. Any way, it's a rather nice feature. It pops up a window that allows you to select any function to add create a test for, it automaticaly generates names for the classes & test methods (naming convention is configurable) and will also offer to create a new Test project or select an existing one if any exists. I think resharper can improve this by extending support to other test frameworks such as NUnit etc' or possibly replace it with something even better.
