If the pull-up refac doesn't modify anythin' in the current code file, then the refac is not included within the Undo list. The Undo action undoes the previous typing before the refactoring. STR: tested on specially-cretaed WndProc override in BulbIndicator class, pulling up with default settings (to ITooltip...).
