If I like to debug a single unit-test (see ReSharperDebugSingleUnitTest.gif) execution is not stopped (red arrow in screen-shot) at the beginning of the method (like Ctrl+F10 in Visual Studio does). So I always have to set a breakpoint manually so that I can debug the unit-test.
