STR: sync to #30800, go to TypeChooser in CodeInsight/src/TypeChooser.cs, rename JetBrains.ReSharper.CodeInsight.Services.src.TypeChooser into JetBrains.ReSharper.CodeInsight.Services.TypeChooser. Go to the neighboring ChooseTypeForm and see that TypeChooser now resolves to a namespace and must be turned into TypeChooser.TypeChooser to work.
