1) When I delete parameter, corresponding doc should be deleted
2) When I change parameter order, doc tags should be reordered
3) When I add parameter, corresponding tag should be inserted
I think it will be great if Change Signature dialog will include documentations for parameter in extra column, so I could edit it in-place

As for extra column for documentation, I don't think it worth it. Change Signature dialog is already very heavy...
