• Select multiple members with a click and then a shift-click.
• Press the mouse button down on a member that is selected (highlighted in blue) but not focused (does NOT have the dotted rectangle.)
• Drag and relase in a new position.

Expect:

• The range of functions is moved.

Actual:
Nothing happens.

In order to move a range of members when Auto Scroll is enabled, you need to click and drag starting with the focused item (the one with the dotted rectangle.) Trying to drag other members in the selection doesn't work.
