In many places we're more accurate at resolving the references than VS. Or, VS wouldn't open help for the reference. Eg XAML editor would open help on the editor instead of the class under caret; even if that particular case gets fixed, there are lots of places with similar behavior. Sometimes VS just misses and opens the wrong local name. We should open the help topic on the FQN.
