When base class has property of same name as property being generated, warn about hiding base member. If base property is virtual, probably ask about override, but I'm not sure here, need to give more thinking into it...

We're going to implmenent comprehensive conflict checking subsystem for refactorings, but don't think it will be available in ReSharper 1.5

Does it search for such conflicts now?
