When formatting a class, the in line code comments and xml comments do not get wrapped according to the column count defined for wrapping lines of code. It would also be nice to have other formatting options for xml comments, such as ordering of the xml elements for how they are typically displayed in compiled help, such as summary, parameters, exceptions, remarks, seealso etc.
