When I hit ALT-Ins and choose Delegating Members, the dialog should give the "Fields and properties" input focus and even if it doesn't this input should be within the tab order so I can tab to it. Neither is true and as it stands this dialog is no longer accessible fully from they keyboard.
As a heavy keyboard user this is a pretty big regression for this feature.
