Was breaked in the debugger. Turning off R# addin from the Tools menu worked. But turning the addin back on caused this.

i did the following:
first i openened License information window, and changed that thingy from Full to c# "i forgot the name". When i closed the window, resharper disappeared, I opened Add-in Manager and disabled resharper, and enabled again.

With VS already running and a project loaded, went to Add-in Manager and re-enabled R#. That is when this Exception happened.
