Get GEM directory from "gem environment gemdir" output.

This bugs affects RUBY SDK builder on Mac Os Leopard with default ruby and gems location!

Oleg, I'm not using the default ruby/gems location. I have installed ruby with mac ports, and then reinstalled gems. Just wanted you to know it is a problem with customized installs as well.

It's the same problem. Default Leopard's pathes are also not "default" for ruby in general.

And so we should use "gem environment gemdir" instead of general conventions
