Regular file commands, e.g. subversion, compare two files, etc., do not show up when selecting a ruby file in Project's Tree View and right-click. I have the checkbox under Settings -> Ruby On Rails -> General -> Project View - Use Ruby specific Class/Module Project View turned on.
