In the caption of the left pane it shows path: file://C:/BuildAgent/work/Server/Smack/source/org/jivesoftware/smackx/packet/MUCUser.java
while in the pane content the following error is shown:

As workaround I can suggest only to move .ipr file under $PROJECT_DIR$. This bug cause Inspections runner problems as well - file paths are stored as absolute instead of relative thus idea plugin can't access corresponding problems.
