Viewing test's output can be useful e.g. when investigating different behaviour under different platforms, etc.
Let's add ability to display test's output in a popup for both failed and run/ignored tests. Seems, should rework "failure" link to display popup right in the page and add links to OK and Ignored to display test output the same way.
Alternative approach can be ability to open build log navigating to the test, but since the build log can be quite large, displaying only the relevant part in a popup is much more usable
